March 28 will offer two sessions offered simultaneously: type 1 and type 2/prediabetes focus
Group Nutrition: Carb Counting and CardioRenal Health.
This is in addition to the Basic Eating guidelines in the Public Program. Offered on Wednesday afternoons (call for details)

Registration required: cost $25 per family group (financial assistance available)
Follow up appointments are available with advanced practice nurses, diabetes educator and dietitian
based on individual and family need. Educational opportunities for those with gestational diabetes, type
1 and type 2 diabetes, prediabetes, all technologies i.e. insulin pumps, glucose sensors, apps, etc. If you
need a little extra support, we are here to help you on your diabetes journey.
