Camp Live Well

For kids with Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes!

Age: completed Kindergarten through completed 4th grade

Activities include: swimming, arts and crafts, water balloons, camp olympics, games, doc gizmo, nature fun, education.

Camp cost: $150 ($50 deposit), with scholarships available.
